Kitzbuehl, Austria

Cycling through Austria visiting companies in 2002, Kitzbuehl wasn't on my original route. But, while stopping to look at my map I noticed one of Austria's most famous ski resorts wasn't too far away. I arrived in Kitzbuehl late afternoon and left early the next morning---a way too short stay. This picturesque town will definitely get a return visit! Where to stay? Located on the edge of town, the Astron Sporthotel gets the two thumbs-up.
