St. Moritz, Switzerland

I bet St. Moritz is quite the lively place in the winter but, my three day visit in July found the place in a coma. Most of the hotels as well as the shops were closed and the streets just about deserted. Cycling in the area was limited and found myself heading down the mountain to neighboring towns to find places to ride. Plenty of tour buses made pit stops in town for the tourists to get off and wander about before leaving an hour or two later. See the church steeple in the picture that accompanies this story? Well, it actually is tilting. Where to stay in St. Moritz? Though the room was very small, the Best Western Steffani Hotel occupies a prime location in the city center.
