Stroopwafels
How do they
make these treats? Take two thin and crunchy waffles (they must
be circular-shaped) and slap a coating of a thick sweet butter
cream syrup-like concoction between the two. One doesn't have
to go to a bakery to find these treats because all Dutch supermarkets
carry a variety of brands. The brand shown here is the best (trust
me I've tried over a dozen brands). For the longest time I thought
the filling was honey (which would make these great low-fat goodies).
