Wine tarts

I've only come across these scrumptious tarts in several boulangeries located near the village of Chexbres. It might have something to do with Chexbres being situated on a hillside overlooking Lake Geneva and surrounded by miles and miles of vineyards. Cinammon is an obvious ingredient in the wine jam (don't know if red or white grapes are used). A thin, crispy tart shell definitely makes a difference.
